Break Bread not Hearts in collaboration with Curious-on-Hudson will guide the
palate of participants on a culinary journey with the preparation of foods from around the
world. A melting pot cuisine that represents various cultural identities and ingredients
will be presented in a plant-based nutritious and delicious manner. The class will
consist of 6 sessions where we will experience a hands-on approach to dishes from the
Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Latin America, Asia, the U.S., and a culminating class
incorporating the flavors of all of the above. Food is the common denominator amongst
us all and throughout these courses Love will be the main ingredient that connects us.
